Helping you navigate the claims process with Prudential: Harvey Watt & Company provides certain administrative and other services to insurance carriers who underwrite disability income for commercial airline pilots, including FAA re-certification assistance for pilots who experience medical conditions that directly impact their FAA medical certificate status. Harvey Watt & Company works on a recommendation model with The Prudential Company of America (Prudential), who provides long term disability to eligible employees of Jet Blue Airways (JetBlue) who are active, medically certified FAA pilots under a certain group insurance policy (Covered) underwritten by Prudential and issued to JetBlue.
Harvey Watt & Company provides certain administrative services to Prudential including FAA re-certification assistance for covered pilots who experience a loss of license due to a medical disability. Harvey Watt & Company will also communicate with FAA, as appropriate, in the re-certification process; report to Prudential on a regular basis.
Harvey Watt & Company will be and remain an independent contractor of Prudential, solely responsible for the manner in, and form by, which it performs this Agreement.

- navigate Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs);
